SENIOR POLICY ANALYST (HUMAN RESOURCES)

We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a SENIOR POLICY ANALYST who will be working in their  HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT  based in Qatar on a long term residential contract

 

Purpose

Carry out the duties and responsibilities of reviewing, developing and maintaining the client and as applicable to its Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Affiliated companies Policy and Procedure Manual

Undertake the interpretation of Policy provisions and the discussion of newly introduced policies and amendments with relevant parties within and outside organisation.

 

Experience/Qualifications & Skills:

At least 10 years of experience in administrative personnel experience with emphasis on the Human Resources Policies and Procedures

Adequate knowledge of all related applicable Laws of The State of Qatar to clarify inquires and policy applications as appropriate

Excellent written and oral English and Arabic communication skills and presents an image that commands respect and recognition

University Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management
