Responsibilities
- In charge of market and sales development of industrial OEMs business in A&M segment within local regions including implementing marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales target, and increase market share
- Identify and develop new customers and new applications in the commercial industry market.Provide technical support to A&M customers and distributors, through frequent visits, tele-communications and seminars.
- Coordinate with engineering and other departments in providing customized solutions
- Collect market & competitor intelligence and conduct A&M market surveys
- Organize win case sharing , prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Assist in marketing/segmental research, define market segment strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share in the target segment
- Gain knowledge in market trends ®ulations, understand competition offerings and contribute to visions for new product development
