Total Exploration & Production Qatar is now looking for a Reservoir Engineer with three to eight years of experience to join its Geosciences & Reservoir team in Doha, Qatar. The successful applicant will work on Total’s Qatar North Field assets (QG1, QG2, Dolphin) which is operated by QatarGas and Dolphin Energy Limited. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in reservoir monitoring, preferably on gas fields. Exposure to Reservoir simulation activities (Intersect) would be advantageous. The job holder will be personally responsible for the follow-up and global integration of reservoir monitoring, production data and the behaviors of new wells. He or she will also propose and evaluate asset improvement opportunities (development, reservoir management…) and will participate in Geosciences & Reservoir studies, perform short-term production forecasts and participate in meetings with partners, the regulator and Total’s headquarters staff.
