Offshore Installation Superintendent Field Operations

We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client an OFFSHORE INSTALLATION SUPERINTENDENT to work in our client’s FIELD OPERATIONS Department based in QATAR on a long-term residential contract

Purpose

Manage offshore facilities, i.e. Wellhead platforms etc  on behalf of the Company as defined by legislation and Company Policies, procedures and management systems

High level of  responsibility for the safety, welfare and discipline of all personnel on the complex during normal and restricted operations

Experience/Qualifications Required

10 years’ supervisory and management experience preferably gained in production operations offshore and at least 5 years’ as an offshore OIM/OIS

Experience in the management of personnel, having attended courses in supervisory & manpower management

In-depth knowledge of PTW systems, Hazard reviews, ALARP principles, Risk Assessment and HAZOPs.

Working knowledge of Process Plant, Wellheads, Wireline & Drilling

OIM Controlling Emergencies certification to OPITO standards.
