We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a HEAD, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT to work in our client’s HUMAN CAPITAL – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT  DEPARTMENT  based in Qatar on a long term residential contract  and who will be responsible for establishing and leading a "world class" function and high performing team of strategic, responsive and customer focused leadership and organization change experts who, as trusted advisors, enable sustained performance, growth and change through client’s leaders. Lead the development and implementation of the  client’s Leadership Framework by providing vision and quality assurance in all areas of leadership and management development


Experience/Qualifications & Skills:

A minimum 20 years’ experience working as a Management Consultant, Talent/ Learning/Leadership Development or Organization Development professional

Cross-cultural management experience and evidence of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and contracts that carry high levels of reputational risk

Experience in both external and internal consulting roles across a range of sectors and experience gained within developing nations or emerging markets is strongly preferred

A minimum 5 years in a senior management level role leading teams of professionals who specialize in leadership, learning and organization development. Board Director experience an advantage.

Practitioner experience in designing, delivering and evaluating multilevel development

Knowledge of the oil and gas sector is an advantage

Demonstrated evidence of using deep leadership knowledge to develop innovative and effective learning solutions in multicultural, multigenerational and complex environments

Extensive  expertise in human dynamics and how to leverage cultural and generational diversity as a strength

Demonstrated ability to build constructive, collaborative relationships across organization geographies, functions and levels to realize measurable business impact and cultural change

Masters’ degree incorporating a focus on leadership development, organization development & consulting to change initiatives

Certifications from recognized international associations in coaching, assessment and psychometrics and/or profiling tools

Active memberships of professional associations that demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
