Construction Manager

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager for our Water Injection Project in Abu Dhabi. Initially the candidate will be stationed in Mussafah and later transferred to Offshore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Civil or Mechanical
• Through knowledge of construction design experience through detailed design execution Vendor Inputs implementation towards timely early construction

• Construction management experience

• PMC Experience (preferable)

• Experience with in UAE + Offshore

• Offshore Project Handling experience

• Modularization Construction & Marine Transportation, Heavy (preferable)

• Sound knowledge in reviewing of Offshore Level- 3,4 & 5 schedule & sequence and optimization , delay mitigation

• Construction schedule logic validation / optimization (must have experience)

• Motivational & leadership attitude to manage the site work force , sub contractors. Normalizing any kind of disputes towards successful accomplishment Project

• Through experience of offshore oil field transportation, offshore structure erection , handling of jack up barge other offshore vessels.

• Experience of managing mechanical completion , pre- commissioning , punch points , ready for commissioning , vendor / OEM management.

• Experience with decision on optimized Site acceptance test , testing without compromising quality , safety and integrity.

• All kind of site reporting & letter drafting , presenting and protecting Project Interest 

• Should have offshore marine vinyl positioning

• Mooring awareness

• knowledge of various type of construction barge and limitations while constructing

• Minimum overall experience 15 years
