What are my responsibilities?
Prime responsible for proactive Sales Activities. Plan & visit customers for generation of Service business opportunities/ bring leads to Sales. Creating pull effect from market and build pool of requirement for entire DS Services Business portfolio i.e. Medium Voltage Switchgears, Systems and Solutions.
Get market intelligence on MV Services markets in your region (e.g. market size, competition etc..).
Define and implement regional growth strategies for our customer services portfolio.
To conduct regular promotional activity at customer place like Customer Service presentations, Spec-in activities for tenders. Development of new customers for CS Business Segment.
Possess high initiative to push channels and customers to derive higher growth. Quality and result-oriented, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus.
To track opportunities and drives close collaboration between SI Sales & Business Unit to provide technical support on DS CS portfolio, to increase order value in region.
Maintain data base for MV Switchgears in the region for major installations and developing with PLM retrofitting Solutions and promoting it to customers.
Routinely discuss and communicate on sales opportunities strategy with members of the CS team.
What do I need to qualify for the job?
Diploma/Graduation in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5-years experience in Solutions and Services Sales or Business Development preferably with an OEM.
Internationally-based sales / business development experience.
Strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English. Additional language especially Arabic is a strong plus.
Proficient in standard IT-tools
Willing to travel.
